Ever heard of the Bait Bucket in Bakersfield. They sell live minnows. Was gonna drive by there and check it out.

Yes it's called Bob's Bait Bucket, I know Bob and his son Clay very well, great people, they will take very good care of you, I buy most all of my supplies here, they have a great selection of all the latest rods, reels and tackle, they are a GL Loomis dealer and have about the best selection i have seen anywhere including the big chain stores.

Tell them you know me (well second thought Clay would try to charge you more for that) I will be on a business trip through Sunday so I am S.O.L. on the fishing scene this weekend, figured the crappie could use a break from my mad skills anyhow

Good luck Lenny, the fishing should be very good this weekend, been in the eighties here since Friday, and is supposed to stay that way through the weekend, should make for very good conditions, make sure you give us the report when you get back remember to get an early start or all the good spots will be taken.
